This is possible by creating an override of the view "registration/tmpl/complete.php" in your site template "html/com_icagenda/registration/" folder.
Of course, need to know how to edit file and manage view overrides in Joomla.
You can transfert fil using ftp, or manage and create overrides using Joomla admin in template manager.
In all cases, i warn you to keep an eye on changelog, mainly when a new major or minor version is released (the first of a serie), for example, the next one minor version will be 3.7.x, and this one will have many changes applied to the complete registration view (an override may still work, but you won't have access to new features, and improved code, so at this time, your override should be updated based on the official one. This is the case for all extensions and Joomla itself, when using overrides : great to customize, but need to check when major and/or minor release, if no important changes).
