Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to change the response email to a specific person.

In other words, when someone registers, I want to define the email address who receives the registrations from the organizers side.

I understand the registrant already gets it but it is not clear about the admin side.

Hello Martin,

Go to the Global Options of component > Registration tab

There you will find options for "admin" notification emails :

Select who will receive the notification email when a new user registers for an event.

Site email: email address set in global configuration of Joomla as default email used for site emails.
Creator email: email address of the user who created the event.
Contact's email: email address entered as contact's email for the event.
Custom list of emails: the email addresses indicated in the custom list of emails.
