Hello,

Nothing changed about this option, there's still one for "Ordering by dates" in the menu item options of type "list of events" ;-)

Best regards,
Cyril

Hi Cyril,

maybe I was not clear. I need a list of the last created event, the latest created is the first.

Example:

Event 1 date = december 2017
Event 2 (last created) date = february 2018

List order should be: Event 2 and Event 1

I find a list of next event that you can order ascending or descending.

Ciao
Mauro

Well,

I think you were clear, and my answer too ;-)

If you want to show event 2 before event 1, regarding your example, you set options to display only "Upcoming Events" in ordering set on "Descending".

Of course, i mean the event's date (not the created date of the event, as not the same... and not managed today by the system).

Hope this is clear for both of us now ? Or do i miss something ? :silly:

Best regards,
Cyril

Hi,

the example need an event more to be more clear ;-) but you answered me. The system don't use the created date, so wat I need is not possible yet. Because I want to order using that filed, to inform the users that are new event directly on the page, but also on social media.

Ciao
Mauro

Ok i see!

Note that it's in my todo list to add more filtering options (to be included in frontend search filters system as well as options for menu ;-) ).

No implementation of this before 3.7.0 version, so keep an eye on roadmap as well as Changelog to get info about this ;-)

Best regards,
Cyril
