First of all, thank your for this wunderfull product.

I want to suggest an improvement for the GDPR.

Proposal:
(Optional) Checkbox for the privacy policy during an event registration. Without mark the checkbox the registration can not be send.

Backend:
- Checkbox for the data protection declaration - active / inactive.
Example 1: if you only have registrations for EU citizens and / or anonymous users the Checkbox is set to "Active"
Example 2: if only regsitered user which have to declare the pricacy policy at the registration process for the website, the webmaster can set the Checkbox to "Inactive".

- Text for pricing policy.
You can see this text on our website when you send an e-mail to a contact or on the registration form: "By using this form you agree to the storage and processing of your data".
Text should be configurable in the backend.

- Link to an article or text with the privacy policy


Frontend - when registering for an event
Once visibility is configured in the backend, the user sees on the frontend:
Privacy Policy * Checkbox * Text: By using this form you agree to the storage and processing of your data. You can read our pricing policy here (here is the link to the text / article) of the privacy policy.

These are two different things
Terms and Conditions refers to the event.
Example: it is up to you to look for your safety - or - you don't get a refund of your money in case the event do not happen.

GDPR - this refers what the website owner is doing with your data.

I solved this problem with a customized field (checkbox) at registration and the contact formular.

I hope, i gets a little bit clearer. In my company i work in the GDPR project group. It was not so easy to get a deeper understanding.

sorry for confusion. You are right. In the demo I see the checkbox under the Terms. This should be enough for the pricacy statement. I have the possibility to change the Terms, use an article etc.

Let's forget this Improvement.
