iCagenda calendar navigation (month or year switching) does not work when Joomla system cache in Global Configuration -> System is on (no matter conservative or progressive). The latest version of iCagenda (at the moment of writing) is installed (3.8.18).

Hello,
Are you on J3 ?
It should work with conservative.
But not with progressive (this one is only for static content website, but calendar is dynamic content).

No, it does not work with conservative. It only works when cache is off. Just checked. Seems I need to debug a little bit.

It should. So maybe due to something else...
Do you use another extension to manage cache?
And do you have enable Joomla plugin system - Page Cache ? (as this could be the reason too)
Which browser do you use ?
