Hello everyone,
I tried to use the cancellation function for events. I understood the function to mean that the email notification after registration contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. The [URL_CANCEL] tag should be used for this.

I inserted the tag into the custom email and enabled the cancellation function. But the link doesn't appear in the confirmation email. Incidentally, the tag isn't listed in the list of available tags either.

We use iCagenda core 3.9.11.

Unfortunately, I don't know what to do next.

Hello,

The tag [URL_CANCEL] will display the url to cancel a registration only if the user is a Joomla registered user.

To work on all cases, use the core tag [STRING_CANCELLATION]

There's no system yet to allow cancellation for a visitor not logged-in who has registered to an event.
