Hi Cyril, sorry for the delay in responding. It's very strange—I'm using version 4.0.6 of iCagenda, and I installed the Spanish translation, but this is the only word that hasn't been translated.
If you need website access or credentials, I have no problem sharing the URL, username, and password.

The Spanish language pack for iCagenda is only 67% translated on Transifex:
www.icagenda.com/resources/translations/icagenda/icagenda-es-es
If you want, you can help to translate missing strings by creating a free Transifex account, and ask to join a team (e.g. Spanish es_ES team).
This way, you can translate missing strings, and update for the Spanish language package will be generated from time to time
