[Coordinates in GPS field when no address] Google Maps a été créé par andrepretorius

I am putting Coordinates and it does not go to location.

It worked with the event I loaded before this one.

If I enter the location at the top then it loads a partial map.

Amazing, sometimes it works, sometimes not.

In fact, to dsiplay correctly the map, you should first type an address, not coordinates.

(or i may have not understand your post...)

Thank you for the reply, problem is that most of the addresses are farms in the middle of no where.

So, i understand your problem !

You can do it!

Just let the address field empty.

Then copy/paste your GPS coordinates like this, in GPS field :

47.218694, -1.553603

IMPORTANT : you need to have a space after the comma.

After that, click on "Save", and you must see the correct map

I copied and pasted your co ordinates into the GPS text field and the map does not move to go to the co ordinates, even after I press the enter key after pasting. I thought it might be Chrome, but I tried it in IE as well.

Thank you, I forgot to click on save after I pasted the co ordinates.

I will think to add this info, when i will redo documentation... (and will try to add an automatic, when i will work on Google Maps, and new options... maybe may or june)
