You're right about participant list, after a edit in code in the v3 of iCagenda, i've introduced an error.
I will fixed it in the very soon next release 3.1.3
About social buttons, it seems to work as expected for me. (what is your iCagenda version)
About German Language, all the repository for translation is here :

You will see that it is not all translated, and not all review by translators.
Currently, on JoomliC, you have downloaded version 2.1.8, and there's new, and changed translation strings since this version, so if a string not translated, it is using English by default (better than something like COM_ICAGENDA_STRING_NOT_TRANSLATED)
So on transiflex, you can download the lastest files.
As i've added in july many new strings, and because of summer, and holidays, it can take some time to have an update.
As for me, for 100% language, still not yet added the version 3.1.2 on download...
