Dear Sir
I would like to show the events by year, with the option of starting date for the year so that I can show an academic year (4 September 2017). The list works well but the calendar display would resolve the issue of my long lists, currently 124 for my longest category.
Yours faithfully
Jed Keenan

Hello,
So, there is a little trick to do this : using the loadposition function.
In a content article you can use the {loadposition ***position name***}
In this idea, create 1 module by month/year (12 for one year).
For each one, add a custom position name (one that does not exist in your site template. eg. january-2018)
Then, for each calendar, in the module option, use the option "Load on date" to select a day of the month/year you wish. eg. select 1 januray 2018 for the module to display january 2018's events.
For each module, you have custom display options.
You can disable the navigation arrows.
You can too set specific color background, image, and other specific settings by module.
Hope this helps ?
Best regards,
Cyril
