[SOLVED: no issue ;-) ] After update to 3.6.12 loose all booking to an event

Hi,
After the update done at version 3.6.12 i loose all booking at an active event. In the booking list i still have the list of reservation but if i go on the event page the number of reservation available is now clear and all available and i don't have any participant at the event.
Please could you tell me how i can fix this?

Hello,

Could you tell me from which previous iCagenda version you have updated ?

And is it possible to have an online link to this event ?

Maybe related to an old bug fix, but which one could need a manual process or to change the option "Registration Mode"

Note: in all cases, all data is still in database, so no worry about it ;-)

hello,
thanks for your quick answer. the previous version was 3.6.11.
Unfortunately this website is reserved to associated user only. I cannot give you a link.
Ok, the data still in the database but i don't know how to fix the existing situation (adding the existing booking).
Could you please give me some information to fix it manually?

Well, so the issue is not related (as it seems) to the update, as no changes in registrations system between the 2 versions.

The issue is maybe due to a setting change (or something not directly related to the update).

To find the reason quicker, is it possible you send me by email at info(at)joomlic.com a temporary super user access, so that i could check all the settings, and to give me the ID(s) of the event(s) where registrations have issue ?

NOTE: i won't change anything, i will just have a look ;-)

NOTE 2: until then, don't edit event nor registration where the issue is, until i know more about the reason ;-)

As we checked it by email, all was working ok, and it was just maybe a human error by adding a single date where none was expected ;-)
