I've already answered on the Pro ticket, but here my answer too to give the information for others.
After purchase of a pro subscription, and creating an account at the same time on
www.joomlic.com, user have an acces to download the pro version.
Just download the latest pro version.
And then, on the Joomla admin, go to install extension, and install the pro zipped package.
It will automatically upgrade the free version to the pro one, without lost of data.
Important Note: to not loose data, never uninstall. Just install over. It's working this way for all Joomla extensions, using an install script to control everything for you.
