Hello,
Not sure i've understand, but if you want to change the date format, there are options for that.
First, a global one in the options of iCagenda component > General Settings tab.
You will find this option too in menu item options and module options, to set it differently than the global datetime format (by default YYYY-MM-DD).
Hope this helps?
Note: i've developed a specific function for iCagenda with globalization of date formats depending on the current language/country.
