I have searched in every file but I can't find the place to change the word "register" as shown in the picture:

I've answered you by email, as you are a pro user, but i answer to you post, as it can be useful for other users
If you want to change a string of translation, you can do it easily with one function of joomla core.
How to do that ?
Look at the video from YouTube "Joomla 2.5 tutorial: language manager overrides", i've added in the Tutorial videos menu item :

Latest version : iCagenda 3.9.14

but I can only change something I have a name for it. Thats my problem.
As the variable for "register" is not in the de-DE.SpAPP.calendar.ini , I can not override it.

Hello,
Yes, you must update your German translation Pack, i have added the correct string after your last email
This string is :
COM_ICAGENDA_REGISTRATION_REGISTER = "Registrierung"
And it is in de-DE.com_icagenda.ini (site front-end language folder)
