Sorry, just have a look.
First, you have many jQuery problems.
You component jshopping is not testing loading of jQuery, and is laoding an old version of jQuery (1.6.2) as iCagenda is using 1.8.2, as integrated in Joomla 3 (so loading the same library from iCagenda in a website under Joomla 2.5)
About Google Maps, i've added a change in the script code in next release 3.1.7 i will released today.
So, maybe try to update, and see if doing something or not.
But, in the link you have send, is gps coords are set in admin ?
Currently, i can't test on an https, but your problem seems a conflict with an other extension, which can happen only on https.
So, try first to update iCagenda when 3.1.7 available.
Then, if you have still the problem, try to install plugin jQuery Easy, activate it, and select loading of jQuery 1.8.2 from the plugin. This could maybe solved this issue...
