Unfortunately we have the same problem. In the frontend event editor - close to the submit button - the "register" button is visible (texts) but has no function.

New problem = new topic!

The previous problem where you have posted was not the same, and was solved.

For you problem, regarding to the picture, it seems to be a conflict of script with an other extension, or a conflict of css with your site template.

Without an online link, and a few more information (joomla version, template...) i won't be able to help you!
