Hi,

I'm using the ICagenda on my community site and are very pleased with it as mentioned in a previous topic.

One of my users have pointed out a problem that I want to draw your attention to. It's when I create a repeated event over a period, say a month, where I want to invite every thursday. Then I set "Week days" to Thursdays only and expect to have 4 events that my users can attend to as they pleases.

When my user then join the event, they assign to the complete set of event days (all thursdays) where they only wants to join a single thursday.

I'm well aware of that I can create events as seperate arrangements, but if I wants to create a repeated exercise session during the autumn it will be a lot of repeated creation of events.

Is this an error? Or if not, will it be possible in the future to create a repeated event over a period and then join single events in the period?

This is the good answer!

A (long) process of developpement will give such possibilities in the future.
Today, you have to create individual event for each date (better when using registration) but i hope in a near future, it will be possible to set registration per date (this is my goal, bean in January with all dates features, but still some work to do!).

So, keep an eye on changelog for each version in May and June, as i will add a lot of new features for registration system to give much more flexibility and possibilities.
