I prefer to change the number of events in the Event List from 5 to whatever number.

Using Joom 2.5.2 and iCagenda PRO v 3.3.8

Hello,

Don't forget to use ticket support for Pro user, to have a faster answer, if your pro subscription is still active ;-)

So, to change number of events per page in the main list of events (menu) you have the option in iCagenda Options tab of the menu item options.

If you want to change the number of events displayed in the module iC Event List, the same option is in the options of the module.
