Yes, for pro user, there is the Pro Ticket Support :

You can found Pro Website link inside welcome message on control panel, and in your Pro Options tab, in global options of iCagenda
And pro support is priority, and more advanced private support.
About your issue, it's maybe just because you have set the layout to "default" and not to "icrounded" in the options of the module iC Event List
