[VIEWED] Registration can't be removed è stato creato da baraja

Hi,

i have created some events and enabled the ticket registration. Unfortunately users are not able to delete their registrations again. The deletion link is available and users can click on it but the deletion is not happening.

Do i have to set something somewhere in the settings?

I'd appreciate any help.

Hello Baraja,

The deletion link is available and users can click on it but the deletion is not happening.

I don't know what you mean, as such a function doen't exist yet...
No deletion link for user today in iCagenda... (in the roadmap, but does not exist today...)

Hi Cyril,

now it is getting interesting :unsure:

I have attached a screenshot (i hid some detail like last name and full mail adresse) but at the bottom, next to registration, you can see the deletion link.
Or am i assuming the wrong thing behind that link?

Hello,

Sorry for slow response...

This cancel button is not for deleteting a registration, but when you come to a form (for example, when you want to register on a joomla site, it is the same!) you can fill the form and submit, or you may want to not submit the form, not register, and to come back on previous page.

This is what this button is for! ;-)
