I don't know which was your previous version of iCagenda?

I don't think it could be related to iCagenda (it's working for me and other users, and no change that could return such a different behavior since many versions...), but to a conflict between Joomla core modals and another extension.
The export is using the Joomla modal, and you should have a scrolling in the window.

Check first if you Joomla is updated.
Test it too in another browser.
If all is the same after those checking, try to find which extension could give this issue (maybe a plugin?....)

Just for info (it did happen to me too with modal window, but not in iCagenda, elsewhere), what is your Joomla version ? (as maybe a possible session/script/css issue with joomla modals itself...)

I think that when Joomla 3.5.0 will be released, this won't happen anymore (i didn't experience this on 3.5.0 beta3).
