[SOLVED] Email verification hiding problem è stato creato da rimantas

Hey,

I want to disable email verification in registration forms. I tried iCagenda global email options, like "Email Required" to No or "Email Required" to Yes and "Confirm Email" to No. I see the same result: registration form shows two fields with email and it's verification. How can I resolve the issue. Thanks, have a nice day!

Hello,

Are you using the latest iCagenda version ?

As for me, the option to hide or show "Confirm Email" field works...
Or if latest version, after changing the option, do you have clear the cache before visualizing the form in frontend ?

ICagenda is up to date. Cleared Cache on Joomla and a browser - it didn't helped. Perhaps other Joomla extension override this settings.. What could I try else to identify the problem? Thanks for the answer.

Hello,

Well, maybe one other extension is overriding Joomla Form system... :huh:

Is it possible to have an online link to the form, as maybe i could find the reason by inspecting generated source code ?

Well, an admin access would help, but i don't find your email with access ?...
Did you send it at info(at)joomlic.com ?

Hello,

The access to admin was useful to understand the issue was with Custom Field of type "Email override".
The global option was not correctly set for the override type.

I have installed the version attached to this message, on your site, and issue fixed! ;-)
