Is registration enable for this event ?

And from which previous version did you udpate ?
What is your Joomla version ?

For first look at source code generated, there are some HTML tags errors, and some css/scripts files issue due to outdated urls in header... (maybe after transfering site from localhost to online server).

First, disable all compression options, and clear all your site cache and expired cache.
Does it change now the registration form ?
