Participant names not shown on the frontend, only "Anonym" è stato creato da Manfred

Hi!

I have a problem with the participant list in the frontend. In the backend I've set the access level to the appropriate member (participant) group. Logged in members which are in the same group only see "Anonym". If I'm logged in as Super User, I can see the real names in the participant list.
Our members want to create car pools and therefore we need the real names... for sure, only when they are logged in.

What did I wrong?

Hello,

Could you attach screeshot of your settings, to be sure access is set in the right place.

Access to view the list is not the same as visibility of private information (RGPD options).

Maybe look in global options > Registration > Consent Personal Data options.

This is maybe where you have to set it to registered users.

Ok, so that's options for the display of the participants list (in "Event" tab of the option).

For privacy settings, it's in the "Registration" tab of global options, as consents are options for the registration form ;-)
