We have successfully used the ICAgenda Free version on our current Joomla v3 site (www.thessea.org - an academic, non-profit Egyptology organisation based in  Canada) for some 4 years now, and as we are planning to upgrade and migrate the website to Joomla v6+, I have looked again at our ICAgenda extension. One possbility we are considering is giving specific members of our team access to enable them to create events for specific 'Chapters' (ie locations our meetings), via the front end of the new site, so that they themselves can maintain calendars of events for their chapter. For that, I understand that we would need to invest in the Professional version of the extension, which is no problem as far as I'm concerned. I notice that the length of the basic Professional Plan lasts for 12 months of support and updates. There is also a Lifetime plan of updates and support at four times the cost of the basic Professional plan. I therefore would like to know if we were to purchase a basic Professional 12month plan, would we still be able to have the functionality of front end event creation, and custom modules available for our new site after the 12 months has finished, or do they expire when the 12 month plan has expired. I understand, of course, that there would be no further support or updates after that event.
