Hi there,

the email the admin receives in case of a successfull booking is not correct:
The custom fields of the event form get mixed up, they're showing information of other courses, not of the one booked.
The custom fields of the registration form seem to be all right.
All other fields of the email are correct, too, so it looks to me like a minor bug.
The email to the user is correct, too.
Maybe this is a counter +-1 issue...
Greetings

Frank

Strange. Last test-registration went fine.
Information under "Registrations" are not correct, too. See attachment.

Hello,

This is due to an old bug in older version of iCagenda.
The issue was when deleting a user registration, the custom fields were not deleted.
To fix it today, you have to selected trashed custom fields and empty trash.
If you don't have custom fields in trash box, just create a new custom field, then add it to trash. Select it, and empty trash.

This process will check the database, and will clean your custom fields data ;-)

If you have already empty custom fields trash between your first post, and last message, that means you have already fix the bug ;-)

Best Regards,
Cyril

I'm sorry but this bug persists.
When was it fixed? I'm on 3.5.8

I created a custom form and registration field, deleted both and emptied the fields-trash.
Should I have emptied the registrations - cache?

Ok.... it will be difficult...

The issue is only with custom fields.
That means some custom fields data exist in the database table (#__icagenda_customfields_data) for a registration that doesn't exist anymore or to an event which doesn't exist anymore.

But, could you give me more info about the custom fields that should not appear ?
Does those custom fields exist today ?
Are they custom fields for event or registration ?

BUT.. the issue was fixed in 3.5.6, unfortunately, i realize you are on 3.5.8 ?
Could you upgrade to latest version 3.5.9, due to a bug in trashing for registrations in 3.5.7 and 3.5.8.
And then, try again to create a custom field for registration. and then trash it and go to trash to select it, and click on empty trash.

...

Difficult to help more...
But first, it's better to update to be sure you have the latest version ;-)

Regards,
Cyril

1. Upgraded to 3.5.9
2. No Items in Trash for Registrations and Custom fields
3. Created a custum field for event form and registration form
4. Deleted them
5. Emptied the trash

-> Attached image shows custom fields

Note: Latest Registration ID is now 29 (with wrong fields). Missing: ID 20 and 1-10
