It seems that you have changed the settings of the registration type after the first 3 registrations.

Maybe the first 3 registrations were processed with registration type option (event > registration tab) set to "for all dates of the event" so no date saved.
And maybe this option is now set to "Select list of dates" ?

I am right ?
Could you attached admin settings screen shot for registration, and dates (and if possible, a link to the website online) ?

Sorry for slow response...

So, you can let the setting as it is (it's good!).

Then, go in admin to the registrations list.
Filter to the event with issue (you will see the 3 registrations, where date will be something like "for all dates of the event").
Just edit each one (you may see then, for each one, an alert message next to the date field )
Select the date for registration (you have just one date, so it's easy )
And save.
Do this save for each one of the 3 registrations.
Then, it should be ok again in the frontend !

NOTE: in the future, i will see (when working on this part of the code) to add a function to detect when this option is change, and to send an alert if registrations were already processed, and that changing this option could break the already registrations processed.
