A Venue manager is in my (long) todo list. But i don't know yet for which version i will be able to work on it. You can find it in the feature requests part of the roadmap: www.icagenda.com/docs/roadmap (not yet set to a specific upcoming version).

This is in the roadmap for this year!

It will be a feature included in Pro version only.
