Change picture of existing event è stato creato da Memory

Hello,

For a few days now I have had the problem that I can no longer change the picture of an existing event. If I also click on the "Select" button to choose a different picture, the start page of the website is displayed and not the media library. Can you please help me here?

Hello,

That's a strange issue.

Do you use a third-party editor (for example JCE) and are all your extensions up-to-date?

What is your Joomla and iCagenda versions?

Hi Cyril,

yes we use JCE and all extensions are up to date.
Joomla version is 5.3.0 an i Cagenda is 3.9.11

The problem exists only if we want to change a picture. While creating a new event, there is no problem selecting a picture.

Hi!

Do you know if the media form field is using JCE Media or Joomla core media form field?

If you don't know, attach a screenshot of this form field for event image.

Hi,

Well, it seems to be Joomla core media field. Strange behavior, i'm not able to reproduce it on my J5.3 test site.

Did you test it after having enable debug mode and error reporting on maximum to see if any useful message displayed?
If no, could you do this, and attach screenshots with the error messages and debug panel?

Just a question: do you use the free version? (when a user has a pro subscription, i can give advanced support to fix an issue)
