Thank you for a great extension!

When i started using !Cagenda, I missed just a couple of functions. I have coded these functions into my site, but maybe someone else have use of them too, and maybe you can code it "cleaner" than me ;)

The functions I missed are:

A print button/link to list the events in a clean(er) view
(i.e. by using tmpl=component)

A button/link to export events to iCal/vCal
(I used iCalcreator to achieve this)

A button/link to view all events in current category/menulink when 'Number/page' is set
(I added a 'page=all' variable to icmodel.php to achieve this)

Feel free to contact me if you want a copy of the snippets and files I've used!

Things in the roadmap (or in my head) but as many features to developpe, not yet having time for this one!

I will send you an email to know if it is possible to implement it in core official files!

Hello, first - great, simple component. But I am missing one function, which I did not see in wish list: waiting queue.
I mean - if there is a limited number of places and more want to attend. If someone cannot come, other in the queue should have the oportunity to attend.

So I wish to users have oportunity to sign to the filled event, to unsubscribe from it (or at least admins could do that, and when this is done, notification send to next user in a row, thah he is now subscribed to the event as regular attendee.

Sorry for my english, but I hope you understand me! Thanks for your work, keep it going!

Hi!

Not in the forum roadmap, but already in my todo list ;-)
In fact, i'm writing a complete roadmap, and will create it online as a page and many features i'm thinking of aren't there, (some because it is little functions included in a all process, as for waiting, it is in enhancements of registration)

Thanks for your ideas!

Best Regards!

My wish may be simply to do. I noticed that in Event list module you can select "Show City" option. This option would be nice to get to component's Event List view too.

Best regards,

Kai

Thanks!

You have currently an option in menu to display only upcoming events and/or today events (and so, not display past events.)
Is it what you are searching for ?

Hi Kai!
Hope you're fine !

This is already in theme pack, but if only Venue Name is filled...
It's possible to change this by creating a personal theme pack, but for your information, it is in my roadmap to add options for theme pack (but i have already so many things to do before, so today, you have to create a custom theme pack.)

Thanks!

Hi!

About adding events to calendar (Google calendar, iCal,...) it is in process ;-)

If you have updated to 3.2.8, you can test by GCalendar by adding this in your theme pack (for example, in ic_rounded_event.php) :

<?php echo $item->gcalendarLink; ?>

This is a temporary code available just until the full feature will be added.

Lyr!C
